People come to us for anxiety and depression, trauma recovery and EMDR, couples and marriage counseling, support for husbands and fathers, and therapy for teens and young adults. I have been seeing Matt for several years now. A friend referred me to him after sharing techniques and coping mechanisms they learned from him. I am SO grateful for all his help. I have come a long way from needing to see him weekly, to biweekly, to where I'm at now which is about once a month. I see him virtually as I am located in the Long Beach area. I recently went on vacation in San Diego and was so excited to meet him in person for the first time! I’ve been working with my Therapist Matt for the last 2 years and it has been so impactful to my everyday life. Matt is a therapist that meets you where you at.
